How it works

From an available vehicle to an agreed assignment

BORNETO organises the offers and requests that already circulate between operators, guides and drivers, so you can find the right one without watching group chats all day.

1. Choose a direction

I HAVE

Something is available: a vehicle, a seat on a planned journey, your own time as a guide, places in a group departure. Any price you enter is the price you offer.

I NEED

Something is missing for a job you already have. Any price you enter is your budget or budget ceiling. Leaving it empty means undisclosed, not free.

2. Answer only the relevant questions

The form adapts to the service you select. A transfer asks for origin, destination and time. A guide request asks for languages, area and specialism. You are never asked to fill in fields that do not apply to your service.

3. Matching, explained

What a match checks

  • Opposite directions: an I HAVE against an I NEED.
  • Compatible service and area or route.
  • Dates that genuinely cover the period required.
  • Mandatory capacity, language and other stated requirements.

What a match is not

A match is a suggestion. It is not a booking, not a confirmation and not a guarantee that the other member is still available. A single overlapping day does not satisfy a multi-day assignment, and an unknown value never counts as meeting a requirement.

4. Contact and outcome

Business memberships include direct contact with the authorised contact person on the profile. Each conversation is tracked separately through MATCH, CONTACTED and then DEAL MADE or NO DEAL, with an optional reason such as dates unavailable or price not agreed.

DEAL MADE means members report agreeing directly with each other. BORNETO does not process the booking or the payment for the underlying service.
